By accessing, browsing, or using the 6666bat platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or playing any casino game — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand their content and implications, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All payment methods used on 6666bat must be registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal via bank transfer: ৳2,000
• Withdrawals to Nagad and Rocket are typically processed within 60 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours from the time of approval.
• 6666bat does not charge withdrawal fees on bKash or Nagad transactions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account that has completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to make at least one deposit on the account, unless otherwise approved by the 6666bat compliance team.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Any deposit that is not followed by genuine gameplay activity and is subsequently withdrawn may be treated as a suspicious transaction. 6666bat reserves the right to freeze account funds and request documentation to verify the source of funds in any such case. Accounts found to be engaging in money laundering or any form of financial crime will be permanently closed and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have a fully verified 6666bat account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotional offer is subject to a specific wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before it can be withdrawn). The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the individual offer's terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the time limit specified for the relevant offer. Unused bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account without notice.

Sports Betting

6666bat reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these obligations and to take whatever action is deemed necessary — including permanent account closure without advance notice — where a breach is detected or reasonably suspected.

6666bat may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy
• Suspected underage access (player is under 18)
• Extended period of account inactivity (account dormancy policy applies — see below)

Player-Initiated Closure

Upon receiving your closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 6666bat will make reasonable attempts to contact you at your registered email address before applying a dormancy fee. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance deduction of ৳100 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a 6666bat account — whether initiated by you or by 6666bat — all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the standard betting rules applicable at the time they were placed. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement are forfeited upon closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6666bat's total liability to you in respect of any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6666bat expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind, even if 6666bat has been advised of the possibility of such loss
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or interruptions to the platform that are outside 6666bat's reasonable control
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to protect your credentials
• Losses arising from changes in odds, market suspension, or result revisions that are the result of regulatory, sporting body, or game provider decisions
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, statistics, or content published on the platform for informational purposes only

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 6666bat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6666bat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an announcement on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 6666bat with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
